November

Today I ate scrambled eggs with cheese for the first time! It was yummy!! I was able to pick it up and feed myself, I made a mess but most of it went in my mouth! The bananas were a little slick but I managed to get those in my mouth too!! I have 5 teeth now, and the 6th one is showing through the gum so it should be out by tomorrow or the next day.

Mom and I went to the fire station to see the engine decorated for the parade. We didn't go to the parade because we were watching the civil war football game, after the 3rd quarter mom was so mad at the game we decided to go see dad at the fire station.

Mom is showing me a snow globe. I've been very helpful in setting out Christmas decorations.

My first Thanksgiving! It was pretty fun, I slept through most of the dinner, but that made it easier for the adults to sit around and eat. Mostly I played with my toys and dad tried to keep me out of the kitchen since the stove was so hot.
November 28th: I'm 9 months old I've been pulling myself up to standing, walking the length of the couch, and I can climb up to the 3rd stair before anyone catches me!

Thes are my friends Zoe and Zach, they're twins and 5 years old, but very helpful and patient when playing with me. They kept me entertained while mom and dad visited with their parents.

During 2nd season elk, mom, aunt Heather and I made a quick trip to grandma's house to pick up the elk. My aunt Marinda and Cousin Kasen were there visiting. Kasen turned 1 on 10/28 and he has really cool toys that he shared with me. We hadn't seen each other since I was 1 month old, so a lot has changed since then. Hopefully sometime soon we will get to see each other again.

I spent my 1st Halloween at grandma Barbara's house, it was also my 1st elk season. Grandma Bonnie sent me a costume so I could look like my brother's Jager and Schupo.

October 28th 2008. I'm 8 months old!! I've been crawling since 10/18 and have 4 teeth, 2 on the top and 2 on the bottom.

A brief run down of October....

Mom thinks it's funny to take pictures of my hair in the morning....I have to say I have pretty amazing bed head!

I went to Cohan Thompson's 4th birthday party, there was a lot of stuff to do, it was a carnival theme, I got my face painted and wore a fun hat! Jake (Cohan's dad) painted my face and put the hat on me, then dad wanted to wear it.

My 1st elk season!

I've been crawling since 10/18 and have kept mom and dad running in circles ever since. I get into everything, and must taste and touch all the time.

October 5th, 2008

As I've been saying for a couple of months now....I'm ALMOST CRAWLING!!

Well I'm really not crawling yet, unless you count crawling backwards!


But I'll get there, someday soon :) Schupo and I have definitely bonded...he let's me play with his mouth and hasn't chewed up any of my toys yet!!

I can go to the sitting position now from being on my hands and knees, this has alleviated much frustration, since I used to get mad when I'd try to crawl and land on my face, and was unable to get back up to a sitting position. I'm pretty mobile, if I can't crawl backwards to where I need to go, I drop and roll there!

September 28th, 2008 - I'M 7 MONTHS OLD

I'm 7 months old, and moving fast!! I can almost crawl....I get up on all fours and rock back and forth, most of the time I go backwards - when I move one leg forward I get stuck so I just roll over on my back. The best way for me to get around is to roll across the floor. Or have someone carry me!

Schupo is definately my favorite, he's patient, gentle and gives me the most attention. I think it's because he likes me but mom says it's the best way he's figured out to get the attention he thinks he needs....get closer to me and he gets more attention!

Morning BedHead!! It's one of my best features!

I also like to go to the

park and

swing, watch the dogs play...and sit in the grass!
